TDS of salary

I have file salary return AY 2015-16 and 16-17 refund of tds but tds cut from 2011 plz help to I will refund tds from 2011 to 2014

You can file return for the refund after filling condonation for delay in filling return to Pr. CCIT. Once approved you can file return.

But sir i have already file return last 2 AY. Although I will get refund from 2011 to 2015 plz help me sir

Yes, ITR upto earlier six years, wherever refund is due can be filed under condonation request. (in your case from 2011 till 2015)
