TDS deducted on both salary and Non salary to be paid within 7th of coming month. Otherwise interest is applicable @ 1.25% P.M

Can any body give us suggestion us about the our company i.e Sunny Motor Lucknow,is authorised dealer from Toyota Kirloskar motor Banglore, purchases Vehicles, Sapre,Accessories from Banglore and Consumable from Within U.P.
My Question is that any taxability about the VAT in U.P. if Paint and other consumable material purchased from Registered vendor and consumed and charged Labour from the sale/Service Invoice & charged the service tax. & whatever spare+Oil charged VAT.
Our assessing authority imposed Vat @ 12% on total purhcase cost of Paints & other. pls tell us any taxability under Vat Act.

yes if you are showing separate details of consumable and labour charges then you have to pay VAT on the amount of consumables
