Tds not deducted
widow is receiving family pension of Rs 45,000 monthly but employee is not deducted tds which used to deducted in previous year what to do please help.

File return with family pension under head 'Income from other Sources' & pay liable tax over the pension amount after deducting Rs 15000/- as exemption; alongwith any othe deductions under chapter VIA........
