Whether expenditure booked in feb 2010 will be disallowed, if TDS on such expenditure was remitted in april 2010. kindly provide me the relevant provision or circular or amendment so that i can hav it as a supporting evidence.

? i have an idea bt findinf proper sec. & all .
Actually it is deductible & about TDS paid it should be shown in 44AB report if audit is required in the same year.

Mr.Bhavik Mehta, thanks for your efforts, but can i get the provision along with the amended section so that i can show it as proof. I searched in income tax website, but i am not getting this provision. Can anyone help me out in this regard. I am parallely searching for it too.
