Tds not claimed in return

Hello

I have filled manual return for the A.Y 2011-12 declaring income less than the exemption limit in which TDS was not claimed and i have not received any further order nor any intimations.

But now i have seen that in my Form 26AS TDS was deducted for that Asst Year.

So now what is the remedy available to me to get my TDS refund.
