We have filed ITR for AY 2017-18 in which TDS to the tune of Rs. 3 Crores was skipped to be claimed completely. We file revised return for the same with same mistake i.e. TDS not claimed. Now Assessment u/s 143(3) is initiated.
What is probable course of action to claim that TDS ..?? Any case law for the same..?
