We have filed ITR for AY 2017-18 in which TDS to the tune of Rs. 3 Crores was skipped to be claimed completely. We file revised return for the same with same mistake i.e. TDS not claimed. Now Assessment u/s 143(3) is initiated.
What is probable course of action to claim that TDS ..?? Any case law for the same..?

You have to offer the income for assessment and claim TDS against the same..... No other option.
