Please tell me about the new rates for tds on rent in place of 15.45%, 20.06% & from which date new rates would be afected.

New Rates for TDS when Rent is for Machinery or Plant or Equipment - 2%
New Rates for TDS when Rent is for Land / Building / Furniture and Fittings - 10%
this is applicable from 1/10/2009
