If a company makes a contract with a chartered accountant for rendering services as per the given scope of work , then would it be taxable under Contractor or Professional Charges .

Can you explain the phrase" as per the given scope of work".
If it is interpreted as "provide the way of working " than it can be chargeable in sec.192

this is covered under professional service not under contract so applicable rate is 11.33% |

thanks for your reply . Scope of work here was that the company has provided a list of works that had to be done by the CA such as e-filling of TDS , Vat Compliances n all

If there is no employer & employee relationship than TDS would be deuctable under section 194J.
