A person purchase pen nd carry bag for his buisness with his buisness name from supplier
is this attrect sec. 194 C of tds

Sir, if you said you are purchasing, so this will amount to sale tax.
Kindly check your bill, if sales tax are charged on the same then the case is not covered u/s 194C
If you had provided him pen and he his just doing job of printing your name on it and charging for the same then definately 194C apply
This all will depend how the bill is issued to you. If Labour charges are taken separately on that TDS will apply
