Tds late filling fees
one of my clients has received a notice for filing late fees for tds return for FY 2012-13.
do we need to pay this fees..???
in my opinion we don't need to pay.. but i need clarification on this.. and if i dnt need to pay the fees, how do i reply to the notice

have you downloaded justification report for the quarter? Please check it before you take any action on the same. Also I suggest you to talk on nsdl gaziyabad call centre for further clarification.
