Yes,TDS is applicable U/S 194C.
If one payment is more than 30000/- Rs. or during the year whole payment exceeds 75000/-

LATE PAYMENT INTEREST 23 RS + INTEREST ON LATE PAYMENT INTEREST 7 RS TOTAL = 30 RS , I HAVE PAID 490 RS INTEREST BY MISTAKE . CHALLAN UPDATE ON NSDL , BUT NSDL ACCEPTED ONLY 23 RS AND ASKING FOR 7 RS INTEREST . NOW HOW CAN I SOLVED MY DEFAULT ?
