Whether TDS is required to be deducted u/s. 194H of the I. Tax Act, 1961, on Bank Guarantee Commission paid to bank ? Kindly provide the relevant case laws / section to substantiate the same. Thanks

Yes according to income tax rule tds will be deduct from commission income.
