Depreciation is already disallowed under companies Act & allowed only IT depreciation.

What do you mean by disallowance ?

Do you mean duplicate disallowance ?

I only meant that the tax depreciation is not allowed.

But there is no such provision of capital expenditure disallowance for non deduction of tax
