hi, we need to deposit interest of rupess 70/- on late payment of tds. agst section 94j, how we deposit this.

I think you can use challan 281 (TDS /TCS) payment online or offline just check . In challan 281 check interest column . you have confirm with others also .

Yes, same challan to be used for payment of interest too.
