The TDS is paid on 7th of the next month i.e on due date but payment credited to NSDL A/c on next day i.e. 8th day of next month. Then any Interest is required to pay for 1 day? Please attach a relevant case law.

The date of payment is to be taken. The crdit by NSDL is not to take for interest calculation
