THERE'S NO INCOME TAX UPTO RS.500000/- NOW REQUIRE TO PAY TDS ON SALARY ?

If total income less than 500000, no TDS on salary is to be paid.

If the query is for AY 2020-21, than YES...

This is applicable from the FY 2019-20 only and not for FY 2018-19.
