Please confirm me whether Balance With Revenue Authorities is covered under the meaning of Financial Asset for NBFC as per AS 26... Thanks in Advance

Sir,
In my view it should not come into Fincial Assets. It Should gruped into Non Current Assests as Loan & Advances.
Please ignore if i am not correct.
