what is the procedure of tds from saving bank account and fixed deposit for this account?????

there is no TDS on saving bank ac
but bank deduct TDS on FD Interset income if amount exceeds rs 10000 @ 10%
but bank deduct TDS on FD Interset income if amount exceeds rs 10000 @ 10%
