i am a embroidery work trader i purchase textile on 5% and then i give this to job worker and all the job worker iz unregiztered person now i want to know that on this job work the RCM applied and can i liable to deduct TDS also please clear this point

If you pay Job work charges upto 5000/- per day then its exempted, else be taxed.
