If we have purchase from one vendor shop in the name of the firm but they have deposited their proprietors PAN Card to us and told us they don't have pan card in the name of the shop, and the shop is sole proprietorship, so we have to deduct in the PAN of Owner. So shall I take any under taking for that.. whether that is really sole proprietorship or anything else ???!

Take trade licence of the shop to corroborate with the owner
