Ans 1. Sec 195 deals with Tax to be deducted for NRI's.
2.No tds on Capital Gain. For capital Gain normal Provision which are appplicable will apply.
3.Refer Sec 195.

TDS is liable to be deducted on capital gains u/s 195.
