Tds in case of joint purchase of property but tds deducted and shown fully in wife pan account

What is the remedy if husband wife purchase a joint property but 1 % tds deducted deposited in the name of wife only and shown in her pan account. Can tds amount be divided into both and formf 26 QB revised
