IF YOU ARE PAYING ADV. PAYMENT THEN TDS NEED TO BE DEDUCTED,. AND THERE NO NEED OF GST BILL AS TDS NEED TO DEDUCT ON BASIC AMOUNT (EXCLUDING GST).
SO THERE WILL BE NO ISSUE IF YOU RECEIVE THE BILL LATER.
