I think its 194C at 1% (if individual) or 2% (if company)

Yes, U/s 194C
Rate--->1% or 2% (other than Individual or HUF) (Not just Company)
The above applicale only if the individual bill Exceeds Rs30,000 or Aggregate during the year exceeds 75,000 to same person
