Hi

I want to know can i entr the employee salary details only in 4th quater for rather in first 3 quaters in Annexure II of form 24Q?

Informations are required to enter as per the period so you can't enter the details of first quater in the second quater in case of mistake you need to submit revised return.

Tds must be deducted in every month and return submited within time.As u ask -U can issued Tds certificates in 4th qtr in details of salary and deduction but Tds must be deducted and submited monthly and quaterly basis.(Becouse at the end of the year (4th qtr.) u have to issued certi. thus total liability arise from total income -Tds deducted duting the year.
