Is TdS deductible if Warranty service is taken separately?
We have purchased Polycom Product (VC) and 1 year warranty service have been purchased separately with separate Invoice. So should I deduct
TDS on warranty and if yes then at which section?

yes will covered in contract service and if amount payable is more than 75000/- in one year
I think the per annum amount is 100000
