Koi GST Applicable Nahi Hoga.
As per Section 51 of CGST , the TDS is to be deducted by Govt Concern of registered taxpayer who is supplying taxable goods or services to them & contract value for the same is Increased 2.5 lac in year.
Toh sirf govt concerns hi TDS deduct Kar Sakti hai. Rate is 2% (1% CGST + 1% SGST)
