In normal provisions no way for filing ITR AY 17-18 and previous AYs...
But,
In case any notice from ITD or Any refund Claim then Assessee can move with condonation delay request to Jurisdictionall CIT.
As per Your case You ll file condonation delay request. If request accepted then You can file ITR.
