Tds for senior citizen (194j)

Dear Firiends,

Is there any options to avoid deduction of Tds u/s194J for a senior citizen receiving monthly Consultancy charges from a company.

Further, on analysis, it is understood that a senior citizen can escape from deduction when he submits Form15H. But it seems it won't apply to the section 194J.

So, could you please give me proper solution to avoid the tds deduction of senior citizen??
