TDS for rent non resident
If i pay a rent for non resident person what is the% of tds and under which sec

Sec 195-30%
TDS will be deduct @ 30% as per section 195 of IT act plus cess @ 4% total 31.2%. and need to file Form 15CA for the remittance, and if payment in financial year is more than Rs. 5 lacs in a year then need to file Form 15CB also.
