A company reimburses expenses ( for deputed employees salaries) to its parent company. Does it attracts TDS?

subsidiary & parent co.are same so tds provison is not applicable & if exp are reimbursed tds provison is also not applicable

Should i deduct TDS agt payment ofreimbursement of foreign erector ( expenses incurred in india but he is sending his invoice for reimbursement )
