I did not deposit TDS till now for JAN FEB MARCH 2010. I thought every next month 7th date was applied for making payment. If i make payment now, will it be considered for the F.Y. 2009-10. If not, then what happens to my expenses?

What about the purchase bills of 31st March?
What if I paid advance to a party without bill? and with bill?
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
