incidental booking of hotels does not confirm the criteria of rent, so TDS not applicable, but when the assesee gets in an agreement with hotel for random or continuous hotel booking then it is subject to TDS as rent payment.

i didn't understood your question
but if you are asking the same that employer provide employee hotel for going out mfor office work than same eill not attract TDS ...........
