Hi,
Needs your help on TDS applicability for our Indain Co. towards
Commission to be paid to a sri Lankan co. for its service of facilitating contract in India from another Indian company.
We received contract in India by an Indian Company. Facilitation was done by Srilankan co. We need to pay commission in USD to Srilankan co.
My querry is - Will TDS be attracted in this case, if yes at what %.

the tds has to be deducted by you, bcoz you are making payment to an company,as commission & if you want to claim the deduction of commission as your expenes in your bussiness you have to deducted the tds on the commission
