Double-check Allowance Entries: Make sure that any special allowances entered under section 10(14) are valid and properly classified. If you're unsure, it might be worth consulting the latest guidelines from the Income Tax department.
Use the Latest Filing Utility: I read that some users have had success when they use the most recent version of the TDS return filing utility. It might help to download the latest version if you haven’t done so already.
