Dear sir,
Please tell me if we are not deducting tds from gta who has less than ten truck and a valid pan no, only received the declaration from the assessee. In this situation can we file 26 q without mentioning tds amount, only payment amount to be shown in 26 q.?

Yes, mention the amount paid or credited. Further, in tax deduction columns, mention only 0 (zero) and use code ‘T’ in the reason column.
Is it required for filling any form regarding this, just like 15g, 15h
