We select no option & tds demand will be nullified through traces by tagging & replacing the challan ..

Not a big deal. But we want to stop this procedure.

As you said the issue might be due to AIN

Even we have faced this kind of issues in tds filing .Better apply for TAN Correction to enable AIN in deductor details

We have filled alternative details instead of challan details.

I mean book adjustment details as per form 24G.

These details also should be accepted by NSDL Software.

I feel it is issue with NSDL Software

No no . We have contacted NSDL .They have accepted their mistake and they said they will correct it and update the software.

They are saying same story from past 4 months 😂

Then you write a narration by lodging complaint through NSDL help desk

No use we tried through different ways finally following the regular procedure.

We get demand & nullifying it through traces after Tds return is processed.

We do offline filing & online correction.

We file tds Return as a regular tax payer to avoid errors while generating FVU and demand will nullified through online rectification by using tag challan option.

No worries , we follow old method..Old is gold till the new solution is beyond gold

I can confidently say that some thing is wrong in deductor details . Atleast check whether AIN number is entered in deductor details
