Tds explanation

Hi there, While giving details in annexure II in the TDS Return of 4th Quarter, which amount of salary should be considered , whether it should be gross amount reported in Pr TDS returns or the taxable amount of salary after HRA and other allowances. Please make me clear!!!!!
