Our organization is registered under society act and also it is a R n D institute. We have income tax exemption. But when we are raising invoices to the customers, they are deducting TDS.
Are we eligible for TDS exemption certificate? If so, please let us know what the procedure is.

There is a provision in form 13 for lower rate or nil rate know???? our institute is recognised for income tax U/S 35 (1)(ii) as a scientific research organisation.
