now tds 1st qtr filling time 1 rupees balance amount shown on
winman tds what is solution?

Change the amount to 15058 or 15060. it won't matter much but your tds will tally.

CA anurag. actually system (winman tds) calculated amount is 301. tds paid challan amount is 302 . balance 1 rupees amount

Excess Deduction -No offence technically.
Short Deduction -is the violation u/s XVII-B.
Technically you can adjust the same with the amount paid / credited
