Is there any exceptions for TDS u/s 194C.
Should we consider all service invoices without any written agreement which in aggregate may exceed Rs.75,000 in year for TDS u/s 194C.

Can anyone...pls quote the section/clause specifically state to include all work job without a written agreement under scope of 194C.
And what all work should be consider for 194C.i've seen some circulars exempting this& that work can i get details of all works exempted for deduction under 194C.
Plz qoute section excluding/including below services u/s 194C
1.) ambulance hire charges by a hospital company to another clinical establishment (can we consider patient as passengers for hiring charges)
2) Cable services/Telephone/internet charges/Insurance premium payable
