At What time Tds entry will be pass in Tally ERP9

at The time Of bill rreceived OR at the time of payment?

Dear shebaz TDS is due normally at the time of credit of party of payment to party whichever is earlier so you have to book tds when its due. at the time of receiving of book or payment whichever is earlier

but certain section in which tds is deductable only on actual payment basisi 192,194G, 194LA
