TDS EARLY PAYMENT

Hi,

Can anyone please confirm if for the month of July 2009 can I deposit the TDS payment deducted amount today on 31st instead of between 1st to 7th of Aug 2009?

It's urgent because I may not have balance tomorrow on 1st Aug and online transaction will not pass.

Please can anyone confirm?
