what is the march tds payment deposit due date

No extension has been provided on deposit of TDS. It is still 7th of April 2020.
But if you deposit till 30/06/2020 interest rate is reduced from earlier 18% to 9%.

March tds deposit on april 30 or 7th confirm ? and filling date jan to march may 31 ?

Sorry, TDS deposit date for March Month is April 30 and 4 qtr. last date for Filling TDS return is May 31

The due date for deposit of TDS for March 2020 is 30th april 2020.

However the same can be deposited till 30.06.2020 with lower interest rate of 9% instead of 18%.

The actual payment date is 30th April-20.

But, Now it will be extend to 30th Jun-2020.

only the interest rate has been relaxed to 9% from 18% if TDS deposited till 30th June

This is the extract from press release:

"For delayed payments of advanced tax, self-assessment tax, regular tax, TDS, TCS, equalization levy, STT, CTT made between 20th March 2020 and 30th June 2020, reduced interest rate at 9% instead of 12 %/18 % per annum ( i.e. 0.75% per month instead of 1/1.5 percent per month) will be charged for this period. No late fee/penalty shall be charged for delay relating to this period".
