Dear All,
In the given case the vendor is providing contract based manpower to the company for services ( coffee serving). Manpower supply is in the ambit of section 194C and hence tds provsions would be applicable. Non existence of formal contract is not a matter of concern for application of section 194C.

If company paid to travels under a contract.
Batta given to driver shall be considered while deducating TDS?
