if the amount of 94C is dedcuted at 2% , while filing TDS returns put 94I itself ( relatin to P & M, euipments) ,no probs.

Manjeet,
as long as u have mentioned TDS rate as 2%, you are safe. However, as a good practice, you rectifiy the challan as advised by Gnanika
