our client received notice for demand and interest for TDS. He paid the demand and interest in same challan.It is to be noted that notice for demand and interest are from different sections but total amount is paid in single challan. How shall we show in TDS return.

As far as I think you should mention challan details two times i.e mention BSR code, challan no, date of deposit, amount deposited in first row and the same in second row.
