I received compensation under Right to Fair. Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement, I Think this is exempt income but TDS deduct 10 % by Coal India Ltd U/S 194 LA
Please smuggest me which ITR for Choose & How to show exempt in ITR

Only the Capital Gains from Compulsory Acquisition of Agricultural Land is Exempt.
No Exemption in any other case

We received payment 5,40,000.00 under Rehabilitation and Resettlement party deduct TDS u/s 194la Rs 40500 .00 Please suggest me this is exempt income or not .
If this is exempt income how to show in new ITR-2.
