Tds deduction twice on same amount.

Hello Friends, Please suggest me in the following case. Mr A joined a company ABC Ltd and paid Rs 50000/- as Joining Bonus. TDS has been deducted on this bonus @ 20% and Rs 40000/- actual amount paid to Mr A. Mr A left the company before his agreed term and as per terms he has to refund his Joining Bonus i.e. Rs 50000/- (incl the TDS credit). Mr A Joined new company XYZ Ltd and get reimbursement of Rs 50000/- joining Bonus he had to pay to ABC Ltd. Now XYZ Ltd again deducted the TDS @ 20% and paid Rs 40000/- But the problem is that ABC ltd, former company, is issuing the Form 16 including Rs 50000/- Joining Bonus. How Mr A will claim in IT Return that he has actually received Rs 50000 once as he had paid/refunded the bonus amount. Because in both companies Form 16 Rs 50000/- of bonus they are showing.
