05 September 2015Total Value is Rs.54803/- ,Invocie is related to Supply & Service .Invocie received from our supplier from Mumbai . In this Basic is Rs.49239 /-
1. Cst @ 2% on 75% value of the basic 49239 x 75% =36929 x2% :738.59
2. Service Tax @ 14 % o 70% value of the basic 49239 x 70% = 34467x 14% = 4825
My query is on which value we have to deduct the TDS on service ???

If such material is supplied by you, then no TDS on such material cost in which case TDS to be deducted on the service portion excluding ST. Otherwise and if single invoice is raised for both supply and service, then on the total value excluding CST and ST.
